We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options or a full refund.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lagos & major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Other urban areas: 3–5 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₦50,000)β€”check promotional banners for eligibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts:

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Nigeria.
